She established the boutique realty firm in Carmel in 2005. Today in their offices at the corner of Lincoln and Sixth Avenue, the Preferred Properties group discretely represents clients in the sales and acquisition of some of the most prestigious real estate on the peninsula.
In addition to Carol’s leadership and management accomplishments, she has a total of more than 28 years of experience in California residential real estate.
